Diablo is a hack and slash rpg where you venture into a big labyrinth under a destroyed village . As you kill monsters you get experience points , when you get enough you gain a level .When you gain a level you get to customize your character's abilities such as strength , magic and so on .Dead monsters often drop weapons , money, scrolls and maybe even unidentified weapons .

The wizard toasting some badguy.
The warrior cuts a monster in half.
Ahh home sweet home.
As your inventory gets filled up with treasures
you have to go up to the town to sell away stuff you don't want , identify
an item , get healed or just to chat .It is very fun to find a unidentified
sword and wonder "what kind of sword is this ?"But however as fun as this
game might be it is only so much fun on single player .But it's when you
join up with a friend or two , or maybe three.
That this game comes to it's right , it's jolly
good fun to slash monsters togheter , helping each other out , selling
things to each other .You can just sit and play for hours at a time .Another
good thing about this game is that everytime you start over again the labyrinth
regenerates itself . It is never the same , so no game is the same .
This game is really good and it has stood time
well since it's release in 1996 . I have yet to see any game that even
comes close
to it .
